About Jenny Wrobel

The idea of creating a firm that makes design more approachable while still creating spaces with the “wow” factor. Having the room they way you want it, and just wanting to take deep breaths every time you enter a room; is how Jenny's inspiration comes from.
 Jenny received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Regis University in Denver. This was a four year program that she went into. She has almost 6 years of experience in the Interior Design industry,
after she got out of college is was back on track for clients. She typically likes to work with clients who enjoy every moment in their life, and really expresses how they feel and who they.

Jenny would typically cost between $75-140 an hour depending on how the clients what things to be done.  In Colorado this would be on the normal side as well.

Job Search

             My job search that I had to do was an Appraiser. You may ask what an appraiser actually does; well they estimate the value of items such as buildings, art, antiques, and much more. Appraisers also specialize in different types if items; some specialize in real property appraisal, which is buildings and property. Others specialize in personal property, which includes art, antiques, jewelry, machinery, and many other items. Some appraisers estimate how much businesses are worth.

Their work environments vary. Claims adjusters and examiners spend time in offices reviewing documents and conducting research, in addition to working outside when examining damaged property. Appraisers and investigators work outside more often, inspecting damaged buildings and automobiles and conducting surveillance. Most claims adjusters, appraisers, examiners, and investigators work full time. However, their work schedules vary.

You do need an education to be appraisers. In order to be an appraiser you have to meet the minimum requirements set the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) in the fallowing three areas: Education, Experience, and State licensing or certification exam.

Your salary will vary; this will depend on what kind of appraising that you are going into. Top Retail Real Estate Executive will make the most and the one who makes the least is Real Estate Clerk. But everything will depend on what you want to appraise.

Overall job opportunities are expected to be highly competitive. Employment opportunities should be best in areas with active real estate markets. Although opportunities for established certified appraisers are expected to be available in these areas, the cyclical nature of the real estate market will directly affect the number of jobs for appraisers, especially those who appraise residential properties. In times of recession, fewer people buy or sell real estate, decreasing the demand for appraisers. As a result, job opportunities should be best for appraisers who are able to switch specialties and appraise different types of properties.

I really dont think that i would like being a appraiser, becasue I dont like having to deal with money and make the final decision of the items that you are going to be appraised. For some people it is a good job, but i dont think that it would be for me.

The house I want right now.

 This house that I have chosen is the house I am living in right now. It’s on 12 acres, with a big deck and a barn. Inside the house its 3 bedroom and 1 full bath. The downstairs is wide open, including a pool table and a ping pong table as well. This fits my needs now because I live with 5 people and on the weekends it will sometimes be 6 people.  Having a big enough area where we can all have our own space is a good thing. In my house it has all of the physical needs that we need, food, shelter, sleep, safety. It also has a few psychological needs, privacy is a big things for my family, it identifies me because is out in the country and that’s what I am all about.  This house is what my family is all about, Click here for more pictures!!

The house I would like to have when I am 21.

Would be a room that I would rent from in Alexandria, or buy a house up there with a few of my buddies. This house is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This house has physical needs because it will be a safe place to be, with a shelter. It has physiological needs because it has privacy, and it will probably have love and belonging as well. Click here for more Pictures!!  This will fit my needs when I am 21 because I will hopeful have my job that I would like to have, and owning a house with a buddy or two would help us all out with money.

 

This would be the house I would like to have when I am 41. This would be a good house for me because I would like to have a family, and this house would be big enough for children and pets. It is also out in the country so it would identify who I am, and its creativity is shown in this picture becasue its not like most styles that houses have. There is also security and a feel of safeness that this house would have too. Since this house looks big there would be alot of room for stoage.  This house is a 3 bed and 2.5 baths; it’s on 8 acres of land in the country. So it would fit my families style of living.

This house I would like to have when I am 71. I would like this house because it’s not that big, and it’s not that small either. It’s big enough where your family can come over for together, but small enough where you can keep up the house work by yourself. It would be a place that you can feel safe and security. It would provide a safe and sheltered home. This house is 2 beds and 1 bath, it sits on less then an acre of land, so you could still have your pets and make sure they have room tho run around. This would be an ideal house for me when i get to this age because its still out in the country, so it will still represent me and who i am. It has all of the elements of pysical and physological needs that you will have.
